All MatView products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period commences from the date of the invoice.
Warranty Coverage
1. Manufacturing Defects:
The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any product found to be defective at the time of manufacturing.
2. Transportation Damage:
If the product is damaged during transportation, the claim will be validated upon receiving the product back. Replacement or repairs will be provided based on our validation.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty is void under the following conditions:
Misuse or physical damage.
Damage due to high voltages or surges.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:
Controls, numeric key pads, tips, nozzles, and other movable parts.
LEDs, CRTs, LCDs, transformers, and heating elements. If any of these components fail during the warranty period due to manufacturing defects, the decision of the manufacturer will be final and binding.
Verification and Proof of Purchase
The repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction.
Proof of purchase is required, confirmed by showing the model number on the original dated sales receipt.
Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping and handling fees for warranty claims are to be paid by the customer.

Service support will be provided regardless of the warranty condition on a chargeable basis.
